7.a Consider a request from the Building Permitting and Inspections Department to
adopt a Resolution authorizing execution of an amendment to Town of
Mooresville Contract #24-320 - MSA - GeoCivix Permit Plan Review Software in

7.b Consider a request from the Finance Department to approve an ordinance to amend
the budget by appropriating reserve from the Workers Compensation Fund in the
amount of $35,000 to cover the increase in Excess Workers Compensation

7.d Consider a request from the Human Resources Department to adopt a Resolution to
create a Recreation Assistant - Therapeutic Programs position (pay grade 349) in
the Parks & Recreation Department. This request would not require a budget
amendment as the position will be funded through the end of this fiscal year by an
internal transfer of existing budgeted funds.

7.f Consider a request from Mooresville Police Department to adopt a Resolution
ratifying the grant application for the NC Governor’s Highway Safety Program
(GHSP) Traffic Unit Expansion - Year 4. We were recommended by GHSP to
apply for year 4 for a 75% match to extend the original grant 1 extra year. We had
to apply by 1/31/25.

the Town of Mooresville Code of Ordinances, Chapter 3, Animals.

8.b Consider a request from Public Utilities to approve Task Order 3 to the Master
Agreement for Professional Services with Black & Veatch International Company
by an amount not to exceed $1,273,440 which will increase the total contract to an
amount not to exceed $2,904,590, and approve the associated project ordinance
amendment to appropriate $700,000 from Utility Capital Project Reserves. Agiloft

Consider approving Task Order 3 to the Master Agreement for Professional Services
with Black & Veatch International Company by an amount not to exceed
$1,273,440. Task Order 3 includes preparation and submission of the required
Environmental Impact Statement, and coordination with key stakeholders and
regulators necessary to receive approval of the Environmental Impact Statement
and approve the associated project ordinance amendment to appropriate $700,000
from Utility Capital Project Reserves.

84.853-acre sites located on Wiggins Road (PINs 4678465650, 4678479350,
4678474510, 4678584212) owned by John Meadows, Paige Meadows, Donald
Meadows, and Barbara Meadows. The site is currently zoned Town of Mooresville
Hybrid Light Industrial (HLI) and Neighborhood Mixed Use with Conditions
(RMX-C).
