7.f Consider a request from the Public Services Department to adopt a Resolution
approving the 3rd Supplemental Municipal Reimbursement Agreement with the
North Carolina Department of Transportation in the amount of $6,717,719.00.
This agreement is to finalize and allow the Town to request reimbursement for the
most recent Charlotte Regional Transportation Planning Organization (CRTPO)
grant received for the East-West Connector Phase 1 Project (U-6239). Agiloft
