6.a Consider a request from the IT Department to adopt a resolution to approve an
annual software maintenance agreement with CentralSquare Technologies in the
amount of $183,691.77 for the Police Department's CAD, RMS, & MCT software.
Funds were approved in the FY2025 budget. Contract #24-731 (pages 4-12)
Contract 24-731. This covers all operations of our E911 Computer Aided Dispatch
and 911 calling. There is no difference in the modules or features with the new
contract and it is still for 12 months. The only difference is an expected pricing
increase from $166,590.24 to $183691.77 fitting within our planned budget for this
product.

6.b Consider a request from the IT Department to add three enhancements to the Geocivix
permitting software. The enhancements include an upgrade to allow customers to
cancel or reschedule inspections before a set cutoff time, a new report to consolidate all
the projects inspection reports in to one, and an automation feature to extend the
permits expiration dates after each inspection. Contract #25-131 These additions do
not change the contract date or terms or yearly cost. These enhancements will better
the customer experience and makes the department more efficient in its operations.
