CALL TO ORDER
Chair Brian Jones called the meeting to order at 8:45 A.M.
ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO AGENDA
ATTENDANCE
OFFICERS PRESENT: Bill Lark, Angel Gonzaga, Brian Jones, Greg Kornfeind, Joel Kuester,
Kurt Rodewald
OFFICERS NOT PRESENT: David Brimmer
MEMBERS PRESENT: Jeremy Lockwood, Dan Buhrmester, Brett Clark, Darryll LaForme,
Dan Mastandrea, Steve Incognito, Fred Meek, Dalton Wren
MINUTES APPROVAL
Motion to approve minutes for the February 19th meeting made by Rodewald. Motion
seconded by Kornfeind. Motion approved.
REPORTS
Motion to approve the treasury report for the period February 19th to April 7th made by
Jones, the second motion made by Gonzaga. Motion passed.
OLD BUSINESS
-Fire store has been postponed due to other emerging issues but is expected to open in
the next few weeks.
-Vehicle Detailing final invoice pending a new order for detailing for the chrome on each
fire apparatus.
-Genesis E-Tool order placed, awaiting shipment.
NEW BUSINESS
NEW BUSINESS
Motion to approve $3,700 dollars for the purchase of a new Super Vac battery powered
PPV fan along with $1000 from the village budget made by Jones. Motion seconded by
Rodewald and third by Gonzaga. Motion passed.
NEW BUSINESS
Motion to approve $5,500 dollars to hire Firecatt for hose testing for 2024 was made by
Rodewald. Motion went to a vote by members on roll call and passed with 12 yes votes
and one abstain vote.
