Mundelein Foreign Fire Tax Board Meeting February 16, 2026 Minutes CALL TO ORDER ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO AGENDA No additions to the agenda ATTENDANCE OFFICERS PRESENT: Rodewald, Gonzaga, Collins, Lark MEMBERS PRESENT: Iskra, Crispe, Nasca, Gaunky, Sinclair, Ellegood, Clark, Buhrmester, Englund MINUTES APPROVAL APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Minutes from the November 2025 meeting presented for approval, motioned by Gonzaga, seconded by Collins, passed with no opposition.. MINUTES APPROVAL REPORTS REPORTS TREASURERS REPORT: Presented by Gonzaga in lieu of Secretary Brimmer. Amendment included removing EV Plugs from the report, as they were purchased with different funds. Motion to approve with amendment by Gonzaga, seconded by Collins; None opposed. OLD BUSINESS -Station Hats, no update -Engine mudflaps for 4311 are pending installation by public works. -TICs were removed from business -Bay tables were purchased, paid for, and are in service. TVs are paid for, installed and in service. Can be removed from future agendas. -After fire soap dispensers are ordered and paid for, waiting for delivery and PW to install -Cafeteria fund opening soon, $300 per member -FF Sinclair reimbursement taken care of, can be removed from future agendas. -Patio furniture not yet complete. -Rogans shoe account closed, waiting for final information -Top box for 4311 scrubbed, can be removed from future agendas. -Backup camera for 4311 - waiting on PW. -Mounting brackets for E Tools are all in service and paid for. Can be removed from future agendas OLD BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS FF Nasca presented 12 coaching sessions from a local gym and personal trainer. 4 sessions per shift, including use and access to his personalized workout app. Requested $4,800. The vote passed unanimously with the present board members. NEW BUSINESS NEXT MEETING - May 18, 2026 ADJOURNMENT
