Lark Attendance of board members: B. Lark, R. Meier, L. Miller, J. Umek Absent board members: R. Campanella, L. Perez, K. Lambert, J. Seeley, Winthrop Harbor Police representative Also, in attendance was D. Hansen, Attorney John Kelly Approval o, Minutes: A quorum of the Board Members is not presenu therefore, no action can be taken to approve m in utes. Public Comments: There were no members of the public present who wished to make comments Chairman closed the floor to public comment at 3:39 pm Chairman's report: The Statewide 911 Administrator approved the application for the JETSB of Lake County on September 25,2025. Lakecomm will begin transitioning the dispatch operations on October 28th and expects to be fully operational on Novembet 6th, 2025. In accordance with the Amended Order of the Statewide 911 Administrator, the Joint Central Lake County ETSB will remain open for 120 days to receive payments, pay operating expenses, and transfer all remaininB operational and reserve funds to the JETSB of Lake County. Treasurers Report: A quorum of the Board Members is not presenu therefore, no action can be taken to approve of the quarterly financial reports ending September 2025. The state Advisory Board (SAB) meets on october 22, 2025, and hopes to make the final edits to the administrative rures: parts 1325-standards of service applicable to g11 Emergency systems. Ncw Susiness: o A quorum of the Board Members is not present; therefore, no action was taken to approve the purchas€ of Motorola ponable radio for the Mundelein pollce Department ' A quorum of the Board Members is not present; therefore, no action was taken to approve the pufchase of Motorora portebre and mobire radioi for the Munderein rire Depaament. A quorum of the 80ard Members i5 not present; therefore, no ' purchase of computer mounts for the Mundelein Fire action wa' taken to epprove the Department.
