Mayor Petfalski called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.

Absent: Alderperson Schroeder

STATEMENT OF PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
City Clerk Roller stated this meeting was noticed on Friday, February 20, 2026. The agenda was
amended and noticed again on Monday, February 23, 2026. Both notices were noticed in accordance
with the opening meeting law.

There were no speakers.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR'S OFFICE
Mayor Petfalski commented that if there are any concerns with staff, the appropriate procedure
is to bring it to his attention. Individual Council members may not direct staff solely, only the
entire Council may follow that process.
PUBLIC HEARING
To Consider the petition of Brian Schoenleber and Dan Rickert of Autumn Penn, LLC to rezone the
following area: Tax Key No. 2255.979.002 / Ryan Drive (Vacant - Proposed subdivision known as Golf
View Estates) from RSE - Suburban Estate District to RS-2 - Suburban Residence District for the
purpose of developing a 19-lot single-family subdivision. This request also includes an amendment to
the Comprehensive Plan from Low Density Residential land use to Medium Density Residential land
use.

CLOSED SESSION
Following conclusion of consideration of the above portion of its regularly scheduled agenda, the
Common Council will meet to vote on a motion to convene in Closed Session for discussion/action
relative to:
Purchase of budgetary approved public safety equipment for the Muskego Police Department and
discussion of employment personnel matters relating to the implementation of said equipment by
specific law enforcement employees, and to take such further action as may be appropriate with
respect to such matters.

CLOSED SESSION (continued)
A Closed Session for the above purpose is authorized pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stat. §
19.85(1) (e), Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public
funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons
require a closed session; and Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(c), Considering employment, promotion,
compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental
body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
Upon conclusion of the Closed Session, the Common Council will reconvene in Open Session to
consider its public agenda, including motions to recommend approval or rejection of the above-listed
deliberations or any of the public agenda items that have not been acted upon.
Moved by Alderperson Madden; seconded by Alderperson Duelge to Convene into Closed Session
by Roll Call Vote.

all agenda items excluding closed session items relating to employment and labor issues.
Comments will be limited to three minutes per speaker per agenda item. There will be no
