CALL TO ORDER President Humphreys called the meeting to order at 5:32pm. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL Present were President Humphreys, Trustee Boylan, Trustee Wied, Trustee Blair, Trustee Foundos, Trustee Schroeder, Alderperson Duelge, Director Butterfield. Trustee Lissmann was present via Zoom until 6:00pm. Trustee Woodward was excused. STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE This meeting was noticed in accordance with the Open Meeting Law on February 13, 2026. PUBLIC COMMENT CONSENT AGENDA Trustee Blair made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda. Trustee Schroeder seconded. Discussion ensued. Motion passed all in favor. Approval of Minutes - January 20, 2026 January 2026 Financials PRESIDENTS REPORT DIRECTOR'S REPORT February 2026 Director's Report UNFINISHED BUSINESS Discussion update and possible action may be taken on any or all of the following: Discussion/ Action: Muskego Public Library Board of Trustee's Bylaws Trustee Foundos made a motion to approve the updated Muskego Public Library Board of Trustee’s Bylaws. Trustee Boylan seconded. Discussion ensued. Motion passed all in favor. NEW BUSINESS Discussion update and possible action may be taken on any or all of the following: Discussion / Action: 2025 Annual Report Trustee Foundos made a motion to approve the 2025 Annual Report. Trustee Wied seconded. Discussion ensued. Motion passed all in favor. Discussion / Action: 2027-2031 Waukesha County Library Services Plan/Standards Trustee Foundos made a motion to approve the 2027-2031 Waukesha County Library Services Plan/Standards. Trustee Wied seconded. Discussion ensued. Motion passed all in favor. Discussion / Action: Abandoned Property Policy Trustee Blair made a motion to approve the Abandoned Property Policy. Trustee Foundos seconded. Discussion ensued. Motion passed all in favor. Discussion / Action: March Board Meeting Date Trustee Foundos made a motion to cancel the March meeting. Trustee Schroeder seconded. Discussion ensued. Motion passed all in favor. The next Library Board meeting will be held on April 21, 2026. COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW ADJOURNMENT Trustee Foundos made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Schroeder seconded. Motion passed all in favor. Meeting adjourned at 6:55pm.
