CALL TO ORDER President Humphreys called the meeting to order at 5:35pm. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL Present were President Humphreys, Vice President Foundos, Trustee Lissmann, Trustee Woodward, Trustee Schroeder, Director Butterfield, and Administrative Services Assistant Henderson. Trustee Boylan attended online from 5:35-6:15pm. Alderperson Duelge, Trustee Plassmeyer and Trustee Wied were excused. STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE This meeting was noticed in accordance with the Open Meeting Law on June 12, 2026. PUBLIC COMMENT CONSENT AGENDA Vice President Foundos made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda. Trustee Lissmann seconded. Discussion ensued. Motion passed, all in favor. Approval of Minutes - May 19, 2026 May 2026 Financials PRESIDENTS REPORT DIRECTOR'S REPORT June 2026 Director's Report UNFINISHED BUSINESS Discussion update and possible action may be taken on any or all of the following: Discussion: 2026 Library Board President Committee Appointments – Article V, Section 1 Bylaws President Humphreys appointed Vice President Foundos to the Strategic Planning Committee, joining Trustees Woodward and Wied who were appointed at the last meeting. President Humphreys appointed herself to the Personnel Committee, joining Trustee Plassmeyer who was appointed at the last meeting. NEW BUSINESS Discussion update and possible action may be taken on any or all of the following: Discussion/Action: 2027-2031 Five Year Capital Budget Plan (2nd Read) Trustee Schroeder made a motion to approve the 2027-2031 Five Year Capital Budget Plan. Vice President Foundos seconded. Discussion ensued. The motion passed, all in favor with permission to amend the boiler and condensing unit costs, if updated costs come in prior to submission to the City on July 10th. Discussion: 2027 Operating Budget Review (1st Read) Director Butterfield presented the initial 2027 Operating Budget Review. Discussion ensued and input was given by the Library Board. COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW Administrative Services Assistant Henderson reminded Board members that the next Library Board meeting will be held on July 21, 2026 in the Council Chambers at City Hall. There was discussion if there would be a quorum in July. Board members informally discussed City Hall meeting room options for future meetings beginning in August with no action taken. ADJOURNMENT Vice President Foundos made a motion to adjourn. Trustee Woodward seconded. Motion passed, all in favor. Meeting adjourned at 7:02pm.
