Chairman Jamie Burns called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
Clerk Haveman took roll with the following committee members in attendance were Chief of Staff
Rick Hogaboam, City Clerk Char Tim, Planning and Zoning Director Rodney Ashby, and Nampa
Police Lieutenant Jamie Burns.
Item #1-1. - MOVED by Tim and SECONDED by Hogaboam to approve the ARC Minutes of
April 27, 2022 with corrections to the point violations on reports 4 and 5 from .5 points to 2 points,
The Chairman asked for a roll call vote with Committee Members Hogaboam, Tim & Burns voting
YES and Committee Member Ashby ABSTAINING. The Chairman declared the
MOTION CARRIED
Staff Communications
Item #2-1. - City Clerk’s Office
City Clerk Tim gave an update on the status of alcohol license holders who have not submitted
renewals for the new year.
Committee Member Hogaboam noted that no appeals were received from the penalties assessed
at the last ARC meeting.
Item #2-2. - Police Department
Chairman Burns noted that NPD is continuing to check in those that have not renewed their
licenses to ensure that they are not serving.
MOVED by Burns and SECONDED by Ashby to adjourn the meeting at 3:11 p.m. The Chairman
asked all in favor say aye with all Committee Members present voting AYE. The Clerk declared the
MOTION CARRIED
