• Committee staff member Officer Marvin Curtis, who has represented the Nampa Police Department on
this Committee, has retired. Lieutenant Skoglund is working on finding an officer from the Traffic Division
to represent NPD on the Committee going forward.
• 2023 Committee Officers: Chair – Kasey Ketterling, Vice Chair – Philip Peterson, and Secretary – Chasity
Andreason. Going forward we will elect new officers at the January meeting of every year.
• Staff is working with COMPASS on the next step of installing permanent NUMINA counters in the City of
Nampa.
