to 6' on the perimeter of the side and back yard; in order to allow a 6' fence to be built on top
of 3' wall to provide privacy from the roadway which sits at a lower elevation; in a RS8.5
(Single-Family Residential) zoning district at 13218 S. Jeanette Way - a .28 acre parcel
