300 feet of church for Casa Robles located at 3143 E Greenhurst Rd.

6-4. Action Item: Award bid and authorize Mayor to sign contract for the Stoddard Pathway

district, and potential development agreement; in order to allow storage of materials and
equipment (including recycling containers) outside, rather than within a building as required in
the IP zone, at 1517 Madison Ave (a.48 acre parcel in the NW ¼ of Section 15, T3N, R2W, BM)
for Dennis Harmon representing Sheli Sandlin (ZMA-00163-2021) (continued from June, 6,
