6-2. Action Item: Reconsideration of a wavier to allow on premise Beer, Wine & Liquor sales within

6-3. Action Item: Request Nampa City Council approve an agreement for T-O Engineering to
provide Construction Management Services for Midway Park Phase 2 for the amount (NTE)

6-4. Action Item: Authorize Nampa Police Department to apply for the 2022 Byrne Jag Grant in the

6-5. Action Item: Award bid and authorize Mayor to sign contract for FAA AIP-37/F228MAN Grants
– Rehabilitate Runway, Taxiway and Aprons at Nampa Municipal Airport in the amount of
$474,116.05 with American Road Maintenance. (Approved by Legal) (Approved in FY22 Budget)
6-6. Action Item: Authorize Mayor to sign Assignment and Assumption of Lease Agreement for Lot
0150 with Owyhee Air, LLC and Assignment and Assumption of Lease Agreement for Lot 2014

6-7. Action Item: Authorize Mayor to sign Agreement for the Purchase of Wastewater Treatment
Capacity with Great American Snacks in the amount of $312,330.00 with a 10-year

6-8. Action Item: Authorize Mayor to sign resolution, allowing the Public Works Director and/or City
Engineer to approve and execute encroachment agreements for accessory structures under the
same circumstances listed in Title 10, Chapter 24, Section 2.D.1 if a staff level variance is
granted by the Planning Director or his designee. (Approved by Legal)
6-9. Action Item: Award quote and authorize Mayor to sign contract for the 16th Avenue N and 3rd
Street N Signal Repairs project with Hawkeye Builders, Inc. in the amount of $121,111.00.

6-10. Action Item: Authorize reallocation of $1,216,469.00 in FY22 project savings from Midland &
Lake Lowell Signal and $1,432,746.19 FY22 project funding from the Idaho Center and Cherry

a. Action Item: Award bid and authorize Mayor to sign contract for the Franklin Boulevard &
Birch Lane Intersection project with Knife River in the amount of $2,171,530.00. (Approved

6-11. Action Item: Authorize the Mayor to sign a Letter of Commitment and Authorize the Public
Works Department to finalize submission of a planning application to the Bridge Investment
