Action Item: Consideration and decision on whether to grant the deferral of frontage improvements per NCC 9-3-1 as requested by I-84 Industrial, LLC for the property located at 1606 Madison Ave. 6-4. Action Item: Authorize Mayor to sign the Biosolid Repurpose Agreement with Timber Creek Recycling, LLC for Class A Biosolids Program. (Approved by Legal) 6-5. Action Item: Rescind Resolution 24A-2007 requiring City-owned buildings to conform to the United States Green Building Council LEED certification program.
