6-2. Action Item: Authorize the Finance Director to sign the Electronic Payment Service Agreement
with BDS expanding current services in order to transition online payment processing services

6-3. Action Item: Authorize Mayor to sign the Service Fee Addendum for the Wells Fargo Merchant
Services Agreement for Online Credit Card Transactions for Development Services Fees for
Building, Engineering, and Planning & Zoning applications and permits. (Approved by Legal)
6-4. Action Item: Authorize Mayor to sign the State/Local Agreement (Construction) for Sherman
Elementary Pedestrian Improvements along Powerline Road for the Fiscal Year 2022 Local
Children Pedestrian Safety Program [100% Funded through the Local Children Pedestrian
Safety Program Funds]. (Approved by Legal)
6-5. Action Item: Authorize the Mayor to sign (1) A Letter of Commitment, and (2) Authorize the

6-6. Action Item: Authorize the Mayor to sign the Resolution and the State-Local Agreement for
the Pedestrian Safety at Signalized Intersections Road Safety Audit project, Key No. 23293.

6-7. Action Item: Authorize the Mayor to (1) Sign the Resolution and the Midland Blvd UPRR RRX
State-Local Agreement Amendment and (2) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Resolution and the
Midland Blvd UPRR RRX State-Local Agreement to Terminate. (Approved in FY22 Budget)
6-8. Action Item: Authorize Mayor to sign the TDS Easement Agreement for node cabinet to be
located at Skyview Park (Exhibit B) and authorize staff to collect one-time lease fee of
$2,048.00 for the 256-SF easement. (Approved by Legal)
6-9. Action Item: Award bid and authorize the Mayor to sign the contract for the Annual Irrigation
Pipeline Replacement Phase 2 project with Granite Excavation, Inc. in the amount of
$485,315.00. (Approved in FY22 Budget)
6-10. Action Item: Police Department requesting approval to sole source the purchase of a
replacement trailer for the Nampa Police Regional Bomb Unit. (To be considered after the
Budget Public Hearing)
6-11. Action Item: Direct Fleet Services Division to proceed with Letter of Intent to Purchase to
various vendors and manufacturers for all authorized FY23 vehicles and equipment for the total
estimated amount of $4,528,000 on October 1, 2022. (Approved by Legal) (To be considered

development agreement, and Subdivision Preliminary Plat for Parker Estates Subdivision at 525
E Greenhurst Rd. (Parcel #R2016300000, a 2.90 acre parcel in NW ¼ of Section 3, T2N, R2W,
