Action Item: The City Council dispenses with the three (3) reading rule of Idaho code § 50- 902 for all ordinances 1-2. Discussion: Public Hearings 101 (Rodney Ashby-Planning & Zoning, Daniel Badger-Engineering and Todd Lakey-Legal) a. Presentation on Protocol and Role on Application Decisions – Conclusions of Law, Findings of Fact, Design vs. Leave to Code, etc. b. Action Item: 1st reading of ordinance for Zoning Map Amendment from RA (Suburban Residential) to RD (Two-Family Duplex Residential) zoning district; potential development agreement; and Subdivision Preliminary Plat for Sierra Meadows Subdivision at 3 S. Original Concept: Warehousing and distribution facility.
