6-1. Action Item: Authorize Mayor to sign the amended Exchange Maintenance Agreement and
Appendixes A and B, with the inclusion of the vicinity map, between the City of Nampa and
Canyon Highway District No. 4. (Approved by Legal)
6-2. Action Item: Award bid and authorize Mayor to sign contract for the Franklin Road Widening-
Utilities project to Knife River Corporation–Mountain West in the amount of $2,138,958.
