Approval of June 20, 2023 Design Review Committee Minutes (3) Review Items 3-1. Action Item: Art Review application for a mural for the Idaho Puppy Company located in the BC (Community Business) zoning district, at 1012 12th Ave S, Nampa (R1578800000), a .24 acre portion of Lot 4 & all of Lot 6, Block 45 of the Waterhouse Addition, NW ¼ of Section 27, T3N, R2W, BM for Diana Childress, owner of the Idaho Puppy Co. (presented by Kristi Watkins). 3-2. Action Item: Design Review Committee approval for architectural plans related to the construction of a 8,500 s.f. commercial building, known as RD Nampa, located in the BC (Community Business) Zoning District, at 0 Broadmore Way, (R127010100 & R127010120), west of Northside Blvd, east of Broadmore Way, and south of 4th St N., for Rick Bugatsch, Architect, representing Dennis Smith, owner, city file no. DR-00297-2023 (presented by Kristi Watkins). 3-3. Action Item: Design Review Committee approval for architectural plans related to the construction of 5 industrial flex buildings that range in size from 40,000 s.f. to 64,000 s.f., known as BPS at Star & Franklin, located in the GB 1 (Gateway Business) Zoning District, at 15918 Star Rd, (R3047700000 & R3047601200), east of Star Rd, and south of Franklin Rd., for Shannon Ely of Baron Properties, owner, city file no. DR-00298-2023 (presented by Kristi Watkins).
