Action Item: Approval of Minutes from Design Review Committee – Regular Meeting of April 21, 2025 (3) Business Items 3-1 Action Item: Consider exception request to Design Review code NCC 10-34-10.A.7.a at the City of Nampa property located at 920 Lake Lowell Ave, a 2.28 acre parcel #R1627051600, in the SW ¼ of Section 28, T3N, R2W, BM, for Alex Stucki City of Nampa Public Works – Transportation Management (Applicant), representing City of Nampa (Owner). Original Concept: Allow for vinyl coated chain link fencing with privacy slats to secure and screen an existing Nampa Parks and Recreation Department maintenance facility which is in, and a part of, an upcoming Wilson Path improvement project.
