1-1. Action Item: Approval of Minutes from Nampa Development Impact Fee
Advisory Committee – Regular Meeting of February 21, 2025
(2) New Business
2-1. Action Item: Recommendation to the Nampa Planning and Zoning
Commission and the Nampa City Council for the adoption of the proposed
Capital Improvement Plan and Development Impact Fee Study dated April 18,
2025.
a. Action Item: Recommend that the Nampa Planning and Zoning
Commission adopt the proposed Capital Improvement Plan and
Development Impact Fee Study as an amendment to the City of Nampa’s
Comprehensive Plan.
b. Action Item: Recommend that the Nampa City Council adopt the
proposed Capital Improvement Plan and Development Impact Fee Study,
including the Capital Improvement Plan, and proposed development
impact fees.
