and repainting the front and back facades, contingent on Planning & Zoning and Building
Department’s approvals of city applications, and Authorize Chair to sign Participation and
Reimbursement Agreement with Michael Weaver for a not to exceed (NTE) amount of

3-8. Action Item: Approve or deny Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between NDC and the
City of Nampa for funding the administration of NDC, maintenance of Library Square by
Parks Department, and Downtown Garage and Library Square maintenance by Facilities

site management, post-event evaluation, and continuous innovation and Authorize Chair to
