Action Item: Approve or deny funding downtown feasibility study not to exceed (NTE) $70,000 3-2. Action Item: Authorize Chair to sign engagement letter with Eide Bailey for annual audit (FY24) 3-3. Action Item: Approve or deny facade grant application at 115/117 13th Ave S for repairing and repainting the front and back facades, contingent on Planning & Zoning and Building Department’s approvals of city applications, and Authorize Chair to sign Participation and Reimbursement Agreement with Michael Weaver for a not to exceed (NTE) amount of $44,000.00 (Standard Reimbursement Template Approved by NDC Attorney, Bill Nichols) 3-8. Action Item: Approve or deny Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between NDC and the City of Nampa for funding the administration of NDC, maintenance of Library Square by Parks Department, and Downtown Garage and Library Square maintenance by Facilities Department and Authorize Chair to sign agreement with the City of Nampa for $220,784.54 (Pending Approval by NDC Attorney Bill Nichols; Approved by City Attorney Todd Lakey on 9/30/24) 3-9. Action Item: Approve or deny Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between NDC and the Downtown Event Coordinator, Oscar Diaz, for professional services including event planning and execution (10 events), collaboration with businesses & sponsors, budget & staff management, vendor coordination, marketing & promotion, permitting & compliance, on- site management, post-event evaluation, and continuous innovation and Authorize Chair to sign contract with Oscar Diaz for $35,000.00 (Pending Approval by NDC Attorney, Bill Nichols) 3- Action Item: Authorize Chair to sign “Lost Document Indemnity and Request for Full 10.
