Action Item: Approve or deny retroactive restaurant incentive application at 1219 1st St S for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, concrete, drywall, tile, flooring, paint, and permit fees and Authorize the Chair to sign Participation and Reimbursement Agreement with Sick Stag LLC for a not to exceed (NTE) amount of $100,000.00 (Standard Reimbursement Agreement Template Approved by NDC Attorney, Bill Nichols) 4-2. Action Item: Approve or deny facade grant application at 120 12th Ave S for new construction of CMU block facades in the front and back of building and Authorize the Chair to sign Participation and Reimbursement Agreement with Lindquist Properties LLC for a not to exceed (NTE) amount of $100,000.00 (Standard Reimbursement Agreement Template Approved by NDC Attorney, Bill Nichols) 4-3. Action Item: Authorize Chair to sign agreement with Downtown Redevelopment Services, LLC for Downtown Feasibility Study for a not to exceed (NTE) amount of $122,500.00 (Agreement Approved by NDC Attorney, Bill Nichols) 4-4. Action Item: Authorize Chair to sign agreement with Bailey & Company Chtd. for FY25 accounting services 4-5.
