Action Item: Authorize Chair to sign one (1) year extension agreement with Colliers for the 307 12th Ave property (2) Executive Session 2-1. Action Item: Motion to Adjourn into Executive Session Pursuant to Idaho code 74-206 (1): (c) To acquire an interest in real property not owned by a public agency.
