Action Item: Zoning Text Amendment for Title 10, Chapter 3-2 land use table to add: "medical-related businesses" as a permitted use in the BN (Neighborhood Business) zoning district, for Connor Brown (ZTA-00035-2023). WITHDRAWN: Nampa City Code Text Amendment for Title 10, Chapter 1, to remove Mobile Food Vendors and Food and Beverage sales from 10-1-12 and add a new section, 10-1-18 to address Mobile Food Vendors (in a court and not in a court) and push carts, for Planning & Zoning Commission Regular Meeting June 27, 2023 the City of Nampa (ZTA-00034-2023). Item to be addressed at 7/11/23 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting to include additional chapters.
