00276-2023 & SPS-00052-2023). Original Concept: 4 single-family detached dwelling lots
(1 existing). Item withdrawn – to be re-noticed.
3-2. Action Item: Conditional Use Permit for a daycare up to 12 children, in the RS6 zone at
7679 E Savanna River St (a .12 acre Parcel #R20945539 located in lot 10, block 22 of
Franklin Village No. 9 in the NW 1/4 of Section 11, T3N, R2W, BM) for Jenna Barnhart,
Cherry Blossoms Childcare (CUP-00314-2023). Presented by Kristi Watkins.
3-3. Action Item: Conditional Use Permit for an auto body shop in the BC zone at 1516 1st St N
(a .22 acre Parcel #R1690400000 located in lots 13-15, block 13 of Youngs Addition in the
SE 1/4 of Section 22, T3N, R2W, BM) for Carlos Osorio, Osorio's Auto Body (CUP-00315-
2023). Presented by Parker Bodily.
3-4. Action Item: Zoning Text Amendment for Title 10, Chapter 3-2 land use table to add:
"medical-related businesses" as a permitted use in the BN (Neighborhood Business) zoning
district, for Connor Brown (ZTA-00035-2023). Presented by Kristi Watkins.
3-5. WITHDRAWN: Nampa City Code Text Amendment for Title 10, Chapter 1, to remove
Mobile Food Vendors and Food and Beverage sales from 10-1-12 and add a new section,
10-1-18 to address Mobile Food Vendors (in a court and not in a court) and push carts, for
