3-5. Nampa City Code Text Amendments for Title 10, Chapter 1, to remove Mobile Food
Vendors and Food and Beverage sales from 10-1-12 and add a new section, 10-1-18 to
address Mobile Food Vendors (in a court and not in a court); Chapter 3 to add food truck
court as a use in commercial and industrial zones; and Chapter 22 to add a calculation for
food truck court parking, for the City of Nampa (ZTA-00034-2023). Presented by Kristi
