(CUP-00321-2023). Original concept: assembling, disassembling, manufacturing, repair,

3-3. Action Item: Annexation and Zoning to the RS6 (Single-Family Residential) zoning district

3-4. Action Item: Zoning Map Amendment from RA (Suburban Residential) zoning district to IL
(Light Industrial) zoning district for 3814 Airport Rd & 315 N 39th St (two parcels totaling
1.48 acres: #R31786 & R3178601100, located in the NW ¼ of Section 24, T3N, R2W, BM)
for Gerald & Karen Moore (ZMA-00179-2023). Original Concept: Rezone property recently
split into 2 parcels in order to sell the northern property 315 N 39th St for industrial use.
