2.9 acre parcel #R2016300000, located in portions of the NW 1/4 of
Section 3, T2N, R2W, BM) for Darin Taylor, Subdivision Maker LLC
representing Left Right Center LLC (SPF-00242-2023). Original concept:
7 detached single family residential lots, 18 attached single-family
residential lots in 9 buildings, and 4 common lots.
b. Subdivision Final Plat approval for Wagers Dairy Subdivision in the RS7
(Single-Family Residential) zoning district at 11568 Moss Ln (a 6.6 acre
parcel #R2553200000, located in the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 7,
T3N, R2W, BM) for Shawn Brownlee representing Endurance Holdings

Six Month Extension to 4/12/2024, of Conditional Use Permit for a nursing
home, assisted living center/home, in a RS6 (Single-Family Residential
6,000 sq. ft) zoning district at 819 S Powerline Rd (a .37 acre Parcel
#R1144200000 located in the NE 1/4 of Section 34, T3N, R2W, BM) for
Abel Hutu (CUP-00308-2023).

3-1. Action Item: Subdivision Short Plat approval for MCG Subdivision in the RS8.5 (Single-
Family Residential) zoning district at 0 W Roosevelt Ave (a 24.88 acre parcel
#R3206001000, located in portions of the NW 1/4 of Section 30, T3N, R2W, BM) for
Coronado Development LLC (SPS-00053-2023). Original concept: Lot split in order to sell
1.8 acre portion for a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints seminary building.
