R324310000, R32431011A0 and R3243101100 totaling 12.73 acres in the
RML (Limited Multi-Family Residential) zoning district (located in the SW
1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 36, T3N, R2W, BM) for Jeff Hatch
representing William Cushing (SPF-00266-2024). Original concept:
subdividing 33 existing muti-family four-plex buildings and 1 existing

3-1. Action Item: Zoning Map Amendment from RS8.5 to RS6 (Single-Family Residential)
zoning district, and RD (Two-Family Residential) zoning district with potential development
agreement; and Subdivision Preliminary Plat approval for Ridgevue North Subdivision ; two
parcels R3436600000 & R3436601800, totaling 59.76 acres at 0 & 18901 N Franklin Blvd
(located in the NE 1/4 of Section 34, T4N, R2W, BM) for Trilogy Development, Inc. -
Shawn Brownlee representing Endurance Holdings, LLC. (ZMA-00188-2024 & SPP-00145-
2024). Original concept: Single-Family detached and attached dwelling units (RS6 zoning

development agreement at 2601 E Amity Ave, a 0.43 acre parcel #R3229500000 located
in the NE 1/4 of Section 35, T3N, R2W, BM, for Don Johnson/DR Johnson Properties LLC
(ANN-00308-2024) Original Concept: Connection to city services. (Rodney Ashby)
3-3. Action Item: Subdivision Short Plat Approval for the Bella Lane South Subdivision in a RMH
(Multiple Family Residential) zoning district, a 1.09 acre parcel #R3141010400 addressed
as 1845, 1865, 1905, and 1925 W Bella Lane (located in NW 1/4 of Section 17, T3N, R2W,
BM), for David Crawford/Centurion Engineers representing Bella Subdivision LLC (SPS-
00059-2024). Original Concept: Subdivide Lot 5, Block 1 of Bella Commons Subdivision
Phase 1 into four parcels so that each of the four existing 4-plex buildings (to remain) will

3-4. Action Item: Conditional Use Permit for the expansion of a currently operating indoor
amusement establishment in a DH (Downtown Historic) zoning district at 208 12th Ave S,
a 0.16 acres parcel #R1342200000 located in the SE 1/4 of Section 22, T3N, R2W, for
Jeremy Lopett. (CUP-00351-2024) Original concept: expansion of building area utilized for
