3-1. Action item: Conditional Use Permit to allow non-enclosed storage for nursery and outdoor
storage for a 12.42 acre parcel #R2733310000 addressed as 1400 Caldwell Blvd, in a BC
(Commercial Business) zoning district (located in the NE 1/4 of S17, T3N, R2W, BM) for
Lowe's Nampa (CUP-00354-2025). Original concept: To allow non-enclosed storage for
nursery and outdoor items, on existing property. (Kristi Watkins) (continued from the

3-2. Action Item: Conditional Use Permit for firearm services in a RS6 (Single-Family
Residential) zoning district at 719 S Diamond St., a .16 acre parcel #R1137100000,
located in the SE 1/4 of Sec. 27 T3N, R2W, BM) for David James (CUP-00384-2025).
Original concept: Applicant is retiring from his commercial firearms sales business and
plans to continue his Federal Firearms License (FFL) so that he can retain and permanently
store at his personal residence the records related to the previous commercial business

3-3. Action item: Conditional Use Permit for a commercial daycare in a RML (Limited Multiple-
family Residential) zoning district at 504 E Florida Ave, a 1.86 acre parcel #R1162800000
located in the NW 1/4 of Section 34, T3N, R2W, BM for Krystal McFarlane (CUP-00383-
2025).Original concept: To operate a licensed childcare and educational facility for children

3-4. Action Item: Conditional Use Permit for a non-commercial Kennel License in a RS6 (Single
Family Residential) zoning district at 3004 Bannock Ave., a 0.42 acre Parcel
#R1210551000 (Lot 2, Block 2, Lonesome Dove Subdivision, NE 1/4 of Sec 02, T2N, R2W,
NM) for David Di Sabatino and Susan Minniti for Minniti Kennel (CUP-00380-2025).
Original concept: Obtain a kennel license for 4 dogs. (Rodney Ashby)
