Data Centers, LLC (CUP-00387-2025). Original concept: To establish a networking data
center for data storage, processing and network connectivity to support a single-user’s

3-2. Action Item: Conditional Use Permit to allow portions of the parking lot for product display
as required in Section 10-16-2; in the BC (Commercial Business) zoning district at 216 &
216 Caldwell Boulevard and 0, 0 2nd St S, Parcel #R0850820000, R0850820100,
R0850820200, & R0850820300 located in the NE 1/4 of Section 21, T3N, R2W, BM, for
Tractor Supply Co (CUP-00386-2025). Original concept: To utilize designated parking
spaces for staging merchandise to sell or rent, that would occupy a total of 54 parking

R201620000, & R2016201200, addressed as 2321 Sunny Ridge Rd, 0 & 617 E Greenhurst
Rd (located in the NW ¼ Section 03, T2N, R2W, BM) for Sunny Acre Partners LLC (ZMA-
00204-2025 & DAMO-00066-2025). Original Concept: Rezone from BN to BC and
Development Agreement Modification to permit a more retail uses in multiple buildings and
