3-1. Action Item: Conditional Use Permit for sales of new automobile (boats), parts, and
accessories in the DV (Downtown Village) zoning district at 612 1st St S., parcel
#R1317201000, a 0.51 acre parcel located in the SW 1/4 of Section 22, T3N, R2W, BM, for
William & Nia Gore, owners of Rocky Mountain Jet Boat (CUP-00390-2025). Original

3-2. Action Item: Development Agreement Modification at the Nampa Gateway Center now
