portion of parcel #R3037301100, at 8142 Ustick Road, located in the NE
1/4 of Section 06, T3N, R1W, BM, for Kent Brown representing Endurance
Holdings LCC (SPF-00299-2025). Original concept: 51 single family
detached dwelling units and 7 common lots.
b. Subdivision Final Plat approval for Magnolia Estates Subdivision No 2, in
an RD (Two Family Residential) zoning district, a 7.42 parcel

East Ranch Subdivision (0 Middleton Rd), located in the SW 1/4 of Section 5, T3N, R2W,
BM, for Idaho Holdings LLC (ANN-00342-2025).
3-2. Action Item: Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation for Gun Related Sales and
Services (NCC10-1-10.A) in a RS6 (Single-Family Residential) zoning district, located at
1836 E Celbridge St, a 0.18 acre parcel #R3234614300 (Lot 8, Block 4 in the Calvary
Springs Sub, SW 1/4 of Section 35 in T3N, R2W, BM), for Jacob Lambert, Owner (CUP-
00391-2025). Original concept: To conduct a firearm manufacturing business to build and
