Original Concept: 284 units in 11 three to four story buildings, and 77 townhome style apartments in 17 two-story buildings. 3-4. Action Item: Subdivision Preliminary Plat Approval for Tierra Bello Subdivision in the RS6 (Single-Family Residential) and RD (Two-Family Duplex Residential) zoning districts, on parcels #R3144301000, R3144300000, & R3144400000, addressed as 11342, 11690, and 0 Orchard Ave (located in the SE 1/4 of Section 18, T2N, R2W, BM) for Bonnie Layton with NV5 representing Corey Barton (SPP-00168-2025). Original concept: 146 single-family 60’ wide detached lots, 127 front loaded townhome lots, and 99 alley loaded townhome lots.
