#R2444600000 & R3094700000, located in the SW 1/4 of Section 8, T3N, R2W, BM, for
Trilogy Development representing Open Door Rentals and Endurance Holdings (ANN-
00348-2025, PUD-00021-2025, SPP-00172-2025). Original Concept: 85 single-family
