Action Item: Conditional Use Permit for non-commercial daycare in a RS6 (Single-Family Residential) zoning district addressed as 17050 N Gwinnett Avenue, parcel #R2094546200 (located in the NW 1/4 of Section 11, T3N, R2W, BM) for Kevine Rukamirwa (CUP-00406- 2026). Original Concept: In home daycare for up to 12 children. 3-2. Action Item: Conditional Use Permit for a duplex in a RS6 (Single-Family Residential) zoning district addressed as 2212 Aries Dr, parcel #R1298552400 (located at the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 17 in T3N, R2W, BM) for Brandon & Kezia Naffin (CUP-00404- 2026). Original concept: Conversion of a non-permitted and non-compliant triplex into a compliant and permitted duplex. 3-3. Action Item: Annexation & Zoning at 0 Midway Rd, parcel #R3301700000 to RA (Suburban Residential) zoning district, and 0 Iowa Ave, parcel #R32087013B0 to RS7 (Single-Family Residential) zoning district, and potential development agreement (located in the SE 1/4 of Section 25, T3N, R3W, BM) for Breckon Land Design/Gregg Davis representing Grace Bible Church of Nampa, Idaho, Inc. (ANN-00354-2026). Original Concept: Construction of a church on the RA zoned parcel and a future residential development on the RS7 parcel. 3-4. Action Item: Conditional Use Permit for an unlisted land use in a GB1 (Gateway Business) zoning district, addressed as 5295 E Franklin Road, parcel #R3048101200 (located in the NE 1/4 of Section 18, T3N, R1W, BM) for Sam Bailey representing CF Hippolyta Nampa LLC (CUP-00407-2026). Original Concept: Drone delivery for Amazon Prime Air Integration.
