CALL TO ORDER: B. ROLL CALL: A quorum was not established. Present 4- Mikel Briggs, A. Rae Elegant, Paul Hinterlong, and Thomas Wronski Excused 1- Sheri Baumgartner Absent 3- Daniel Fumagalli, Michael Heyden, and Suhel Siddiqui C. PUBLIC FORUM: There were no speakers for Public Forum. D. REPORTS & RECOMMENDATIONS: 1. Approve the minutes of the May 5, 2021 ACD meeting. Attachments: ACD Meeting Minutes 050521 - DRAFT This item was not addressed due to lack of quorum. E. OLD BUSINESS: There was no old business to discuss. F: NEW BUSINESS The commissioners spoke to staff about the potential to cancel meetings when there are no items on the agenda. Concerns were raised about the public involvement portion of the meetings. It was suggested that this issue could potentially be addressed through a public notification process in advance of each meeting in which the public will be asked if anyone desires to attend. It was noted that the public can reach out to city staff with any concerns throughout the year and do not need the commission to lodge a complaint or voice a concern. Staff indicated that they will discuss this matter with the City Manager and confirm that any changes to the meeting process meet the requirements of the Municipal Code. G.
