Police Department Report RTF training completed - Grant almost depleted, many departments came to observe the training Retirement of Ken Gettemy Attended Benchmark Cities Conference - Chiefs from 30 other similar cities get together to share statistics/ideas/recruitment - recruitment continues to be a struggle not just for Naperville but the country as a whole 2. Fire Department Report Congratulations to Amy Scheller on her promotion St Baldrick’s has raised 1.5 million plus in the 5 years we have participated 3 full cardiac arrests FD saved 2 of 3, NFD has a 24% save rate, national average is 12% NFD has 1 CPR machine in every district cost is $14000 each, decidedly very worth it G.
