ROLL CALL: Present 5- Shafeek Abubaker, Ronald Davidson, Chad Earl, Mike King, and Deana Losurdo C. PUBLIC FORUM: No members from the public attended D. OLD BUSINESS: E. NEW BUSINESS: BOFP final review of Rules and Regulations Review and approve open session minutes from May 9, 2023 Approve the Resolution No. 2023-1 - A resolution amending the Rules of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners of the City of Naperville A motion was made by Chairman Davidson and Commissioner King Aye 5- Abubaker Davidson Earl King Losurdo Review and approve the open session minutes from May 9, 2023 A motion was made by Commissioner Abubaker and seconded by Commissioner Losurdo Aye 5- Abubaker Davidson Earl King Losurdo F. REPORTS: 1. Fire Department Report Small structure fire at high rise building; contained to kitchen and no injuries Structure fire at home; started in chimney; minimal damage to home Fire on King Dr; started in basement; caused some significant damage Fire on Cardiff; started in kitchen and rose to 2nd floor at attic Recruits are doing well; getting close to 5 weeks into academy 5/25 fire memorial at the statue on Jefferson for Memorial Day 6/1 retirement ceremony at station 4 G. CLOSED SESSION: 4:39 p.m. - 4:42 p.m. H.
