PUBLIC FORUM: This was approved. D. OLD BUSINESS: E. CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS 1. Open and continue COA 18-163 to March 22, 2018 for the property located at 122 N. Loomis Street - COA 18-163. The petitioner wishes to open and continue the case and therefore, did not provide a presentation. The HPC did not have any inquiries. Public Comment: Bonnie Paulson: Wanted to receive information on detached garage requirements and observe HPC process. Bill Provenzano: Wanted to receive information on detached garage requirements and observe HPC process. A motion was made by Martinez, seconded by Doyle, that this agenda item be opened and continued to the March, 22, 2018 HPC meeting.
