ROLL CALL: Present 9- Krishna Bansal, Brett Fessler, Carrie Hansen, Bruce Hanson, Vice Chair Sean Hastings, Anthony Losurdo, Andrew Margulies, Chairperson Kamala Martinez, and Robert Williams C. PUBLIC FORUM: D. PUBLIC HEARINGS: 1. Continue the public hearing regarding Nichols Place (PZC 17-1-065), located at 110 S Washington Street, to consider a variance to exceed the maximum floor area ration (FAR) in the B4 (Downtown Core) District, to the September 6, 2017 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting. A motion was made by Bansal and seconded by Hastings to open and continue the public hearing for PZC 17-1-065 Nichols Place to the September 6, 2017 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting date. Aye: 9- Bansal, Fessler, Hansen, Hanson, Vice Chair Hastings, Losurdo, Margulies, Chairperson Martinez, and Williams 2. Conduct the public hearing for IDOT Ogden Facility located at the 28W731 Ogden Avenue, Naperville, PZC 16-1-165 (Item 1 of 3). Erin Venard, Planning Services Team, gave an overview of the request. Gary Pike, engineer on behalf of IDOT, spoke on behalf of the petitioner. Public Testimony: None The Planning and Zoning Commission identified support for the requests. PZC closed the public hearing. 3. Consider rezoning of the property located at 28W731 Ogden Avenue (IDOT Ogden Facility) (PZC 16-1-165) to R1A (Low Density Single-Family Residence District) upon annexation (Item 2 of 3). Aye: 9- Bansal, Fessler, Hansen, Hanson, Vice Chair Hastings, Losurdo, Margulies, Chairperson Martinez, and Williams 4. Consider a conditional use for a public utility facility for the property located at 28W731 Ogden Avenue (IDOT Ogden Facility), PZC 16-1-165 (Item 3 of 3). A motion was made by Hastings and seconded by Bansal to adopt the findings of fact as presented by the petitioner and approve PZC 16-1-165, a conditional use in the R1A (Low Density Single-Family Residence) District to allow for a public utility facility at the subject property located at 28W731 Ogden Avenue, Naperville.
