CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Halkias called the November 6, 2025 Public Utility Advisory Board meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. B. PUBLIC FORUM: No speakers. D. OLD BUSINESS: 1. Attachments: 1-Approve Meeting Minutes August-28-2025 A motion was made by Blomquist and seconded by Fillar to approve the August 28, 2025 minutes. The motion passed with Ackmann and Bhikhapurawala abstaining. E. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Receive Electricity Modeling Team Update Attachments: ModelingTeamPUABupdate11.6 Presentation by Richard Stark 2. Receive Update on the Renewable Energy Program and Proposed Program Changes for 2026 Attachments: Update on the Renewable Energy Program Presented by Mjolsness Sustainability's Department first recommendation is from staff, verified with NEST that we will remove, "in the same calendar year" component of the eligibility requirement from the Renewable Energy Program incentive applications. The second recommendation is from NEST that we roll any unspent budgeted renewable energy funds in the following program year A motion was made by Schrieber, seconded by Ackmann Unanimous 3. Receive PUAB 2025 Annual Report Attachments: PUAB 2025 Annual Report A motion was made by Schrieber, seconded by Ackmann. Motion passed. 4. Approve PUAB Meeting Schedule for CY2026 Attachments: PUAB Meeting Schedule for CY2026 6:45 p.m.-7:02 p.m. recess Approve Public Utility Advisory Board Meeting Schedule for current year 2026: 2/19/2026, 4/9/2026, 5/28/2026, 8/27/2026, 10/22/2026 and 12/3/2026 A motion was made by Schrieber, seconded by Bhikhapurawala Motion passed with Fillar dissenting. Comments received outside this time frame will not be transmitted or posted. Written comments will not be read aloud during the meeting.
