PUBLIC FORUM: D. REPORTS: 1. Presentation by Rosemary Macko Wisnosky on Naperville’s First Sister City: Nitra, Slovakia Rosemary Macko Wisnosky provided the history on the relationship between Naperville and Nitra. Rosemary serves as Honorary Consulate of the Slovak Republic for the State of Illinois. Also joining the discussion is Laurie Donahue, Former Chairperson of the Sister Cities Commission. E.
