BOARD OF ETHICS

Jan. 28, 2020 – 5:00 p.m.
The Board of Ethics meeting was held on Tuesday, January 28, 2020, at the Village Hall. The
meeting was called to order at 5:02 p.m. by Board Member Bagley.
Members Present: Staff Present:

Approval of Minutes
Board Member Bagley, seconded by Board Member Boysen, to approve the minutes of the June
25, 2019, meeting; on voice vote all concurred.
New Business
None
Executive Session
Motion made by Board Member Bagley to move into executive session at 5:03 p.m. to discuss
submitted Complaint #2019-02 and Complaint 2019-03, seconded by Board Member Boysen; on
voice vote all concurred.
Motion to reconvene at 5:19 p.m. was made by a unanimous vote; all concurred.
Reconvene in Open Session
Motion to reconvene in open session at 5:20 p.m. was made by a unanimous vote.
Items Arising from Executive Session
Complaint 2019-03
Board Member Bagley made a motion, seconded by Board Member Boysen, to dismiss
Complaint 2019-03 as it is a work rule violation and the complaint is closed. On roll call, the
vote was:
YEAS 3 Acciari, Boysen, Bagley
NAYS 0
ABSENT 2 Kash, Pandev
ABSTAIN 0
There being 3 affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED.
Comments from the Public
Resident Jason Trunco is present at the meeting and provided comment as it relates to Village
business and a complaint that has been made. Village Attorney provided the Resident with
information that once the Inspector General submits a report, Mr. Trunco will be invited into
executive session at that time.

Adjournment
Motion to adjourn was made by Board Member Bagley, seconded by Board Member Boysen; all
concurred and the meeting adjourned at 5:28 p.m.
