FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSION SPECIAL SESSION MINUTES VILLAGE OF NILES , ILLINOIS February 20, 2015 1000 Civic Center Dr. Niles, IL 60714 Chairman Valle called the special session to order at 4:00 P.M. and took roll call. Present: Chairman Valle, Commissioner Mangold, Commissioner Mueller, Interim Police Chief McEnerney. Absent: Fire Chief Borkowski, and Village Attorney Annunzio. Approve temporary appointment of Nicholas Beyer to Acting Sergeant for sixty (60) days. Motion: Commissioner Mangold. Second: Commissioner Mueller.
