FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES VILLAGE OF NILES, ILLINOIS June 29, 2015, 4:00 P.M. 1000 Civic Center Dr. Niles, IL 60714 Chairman Valle called the regular monthly meeting to order at 4:19 P.M. and took roll call. Present: Chairman Valle, Commissioner Pacheco, Commissioner Mueller, Police Chief McEnerney, Fire Chief Borkowski and Village Attorney Annunzio. Absent: . Commissioner Pacheco. Correspondence: None. Old Business: None. New Business: Police entry written test was administered. 351 candidates took the exam. 238 passesd the exam. Waiting for the final ranking pending preference point inclusion. Discussed memo approving the promotion of a Sergeant in the Police Department and a memo recommending Nicholas Beyer for the promotion. Motion: Commissioner Mueller. Second: Chairman Valle. The Executive Session opened at 4:29 P.M. to discuss Fire and Police personnel matters. The regular meeting was reconvened at 4:35 P.M.
