FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES VILLAGE OF NILES, ILLINOIS October 15, 2015, 4:00 P.M. 1000 Civic Center Dr. Niles, IL 60714 Chairman Valle called the special meeting to order at 4:15 P.M. and took roll call. Present: Chairman Valle, Commissioner Mueller, Commissioner Pacheco, Fire Chief Borkowski, Police Chief McEnerney, Village Attorney Annunzio, Village Manager Steve Vinezeano, and Mayor Andrew Przybylo. New Business: Discussed the processes utilized to hire new Police Officers and Firefighters.
