FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES VILLAGE OF NILES , ILLINOIS August 2, 2018 7000 W. Touhy Avenue Niles, IL 60714 Chairman Mueller called the meeting to order at 10:02 A.M. and took roll call. Present: Commissioner Pacheco, Commissioner Borkowki, Chairman Mueller, Police Chief Tigera, Fire District Chief Diaz, Police Detective Romano, and Police Deputy Chief Penze. Absent: . Approval of Minutes: The minutes of the May 3, 2018 meeting were approved. Motion: Commissioner Pacheco. Second: Commissioner Borkowki. Yeas: Commissioner Pacheco, Commissioner Borkowki, Chairman Mueller. Nays: . Abstain:. Correspondence: None. Old Business: None. New Business: Will review polygraphs and backgrounds in Executive session. The regular meeting was closed at 10:04 A.M. and opened in Executive Session per 5 ILCS 120/2 (1) Personnel. The Executive Session opened at 10:04 A.M. to discuss Fire and Police personnel matters. The regular meeting was reconvened at 10:28 A.M.
