Victorine AGENDA PLAN COMMISSION & ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2ND, 2015 7:00 p.m. CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL APPROVAL OF MINUTES September 14, 2015 OLD BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS 15-ZP-35 – Requesting approval of a 4-foot variation from Village Ordinance Chapter 18, Section 323(c) for a proposed fence that will enclose a parking lot at 5757 Howard Street. The fence is proposed to be 9-feet tall where only 5 feet is allowed. 15-ZP-36 – Requesting approval of several variations from Village Ordinance Appendix B, Sections IV(H)(2) and (4) to allow a shed that exceeds Village size, height, and set-back limits at 8633 Osceola Avenue. 15-ZP-37 – Requesting approval of a special use permit to allow a spa business with masseur services per zoning Ordinance Appendix B, Section VII(B)(3)(l) at 7509 Milwaukee Avenue. 15-ZP-38 – Requesting approval of a 457.5 square-foot variation from Village Ordinance Appendix B, Section IV(H)(2) to allow a 1,157.5 square-foot garage that exceeds the Village’s 700 square-foot size limit at 8753 Sunset.
