APPROVED MINUTES OF THE AD HOC LABOR COMMITTEE VILLAGE OF NORTHBROOK COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS JUNE 27, 2014 Trustee Scolaro called the Ad Hoc Labor Committee to order in the General Government Conference Room at the Village Hall at 8:05 a.m. Present were: Trustees Scolaro, Buehler and Heller. Also present were: CFO/Deputy Village Manager Jeff Rowitz, Village Labor Attorney Jim Baird; Deputy Clerk/Administrative Services Manager Debbie Ford, Human Resources Director Greg Van Dahm, Assistant to the Village Manager Rob Sabo, Deputy Police Chief Lou Caruso, and Deputy Police Chief Scott Dunham. Roll Call Call to Order Hear from the Audience There was none. Executive Session Trustee Scolaro asked for a vote to go into executive session to discuss personnel. Motion made by Trustee Buehler, Seconded by Trustee Heller to go into Executive Session for the purpose of collective bargaining and personnel. There was a voice vote of 3-0. Motion carried. Motion made by Trustee Heller, seconded by Trustee Buehler to reconvene open session. There was a voice vote of 3-0. Motion carried. ADJOURN There being no further businesses, a motion was made by Trustee Buehler, seconded by Trustee Heller to adjourn the meeting. There was a voice vote of 3-0. Motion carried at 8:50am.
